     Each book comes with an apple, strawberry, carrot, or broccoli squeaky toy.  The front is fleece and the back is off white canvas.

The back of the squeaky toys come either plain or hand painted with permanent fabric markers by kids at pet rescue events.  Each back is different!  If you order plain, you can hand paint the fruit and vegetable squeaky toy yourself.  Use permanent markers and make sure they can be used on fabric.  Fabric stores will carry the fabric markers.
